  1. Personalized Printed Items:
    As our personalized printed items are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the customer approves the printing matter or design. It is the responsibility of the customer to carefully review and approve all artwork and text before finalizing their order. We encourage customers to double-check spelling, grammar, and design elements to ensure accuracy.
  2. Mistakes on Our Side:
    In the unlikely event that an error occurs on our part during the printing process, we will take full responsibility and replace the item with a new one at no additional cost to the customer. Customers are entitled to a replacement item if the error is determined to be a result of our mistake. We may request evidence of the error, such as photographs, to facilitate the resolution process.
  3. Refunds:
    We do not offer refunds for personalized printed items, even in the case of an error on our part. Instead, we will promptly replace the item with a corrected version to ensure customer satisfaction.

Our dedicated team will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement item to be shipped to you as quickly as possible.
  5. Non-Personalized Items:
    For non-personalized items such as office stationary, advertising materials, or other printed products, we accept returns within 3 days of purchase if the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  6. Final Sale Items:
    Please note that final sale items, clearance items, or items purchased during promotional sales are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  7. Exchanges (if applicable)
